Our Candidate Process

1. Getting in touch

You may reach out directly to us or we may headhunt you – you will then be invited to register with us.

2. Get to Know You

If you meet the specified criteria, you will be invited to meet with one of our HR recruitment specialists virtually or by phone for a confidential discussion. This is your time to tell us about your experience, aspirations, career goals and personal expectations, such as job location and salary. We will also offer you CV advice should you want or need it.

3. The Roles

We will either actively search for a role, or you have the opportunity to be featured on our unique, anonymised online candidate database if you wish for us to do so. If we have a role in mind, we will discuss with you the full details, including the organisation, the team and the role itself. We pride ourselves on being 100% transparent with our candidates and clients, so you can be sure if you wish to progress with an application.

4. The Application

We handle the entire application process for you. Due to our client relationships, you are highly likely to secure an interview; we will make all interview arrangements, making your experience smoother. We also offer our candidates 1-1 interview coaching calls, so you are best prepared for your interview and can showcase all you have to offer. Through the process, we will handle debriefs and provide regular feedback and keep the process moving.

5. The Offer

Congratulations! You’ve just secured yourself a new role and future career. We’re here to help with the onboarding and off-boarding process, including handing in your notice to your current employer – don’t worry; we’ve got your back every step of the way.
